Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Violence&Velcro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Violence&Velcro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and items

  • A description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
