At Violence&Velcro, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Violence&Velcro reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited drops marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Worn or washed items


Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect shipment

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Violence&Velcro is not responsible for lost return packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, original shipping charges may not be refunded.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
